For years, I believed that ambition required a trade-off. It didn't matter if I was excelling in a demanding full-time job or pouring everything into building K. Gaskins Consulting. I was the fixer. I was the one who could solve every problem, hold every boundary, and stay awake through every crisis. I was a high-capacity woman paying a metabolic tax I could no longer afford.I realized that being the "strong one" was a golden cage. I decided to move from being the fixer to becoming the architect of my own restoration.
My breaking point wasn't a single event, but a slow, dawning realization that the life I was building was costing me myself. I knew I needed to make a turn and focus on my own' well-being with the same intensity I had given my career. If I didn't I wouldn't be living. My first imporant project was losing over one-hundard pounds. It wasn't about physical health; it was about reclaiming my energy, setting boundaries and redesigning my definition of my essences and enjoyment.
It was proof that I could be healthly and well. This profound personal shift ignited my new mission. I became a Duke-trained health and well-being coach to deeply understand the science behind sustainable change. I integrated that knowledge with my own hard-won experience to create the CEO Wellth Operating System™ and the Rooted Life Redesign Program. I built them first to save myself, and now, I share them with high-achieving women who are ready to sit in the Visionary CEO chair and become the Cheif Essence and Enjoyment Officers of their lives.
I’m Kim Gaskins, and I partner with high-achieving women to curate the Rooted Life Redesign Program and CEO Wellth Operating System™ into their lives. As a Duke-trained coach, I use proven techniques that integrate health and well-being strategies and my MBA training to create strategic abences in your life. This isn't just another coaching program; it’s a complete curation of your life to ensure you create strategic absences without things falling apart.
