The Journey Isn’t Over. It’s Time for Integration.
For the past 29 days, we have planted seeds. We have laid the foundation for a new way of doing business—one that is built around you, the human at the center of it all.
You’ve defined your vision, learned to protect your energy, clarified your finances, and set powerful boundaries. The temptation now might be to try and implement everything, all at once. This is a path back to overwhelm.
The goal now is not more information; it’s integration. It’s about bringing these principles to life and weaving them into the daily fabric of your business. The journey forward is about choosing one area to focus on and solidifying that one new habit until it becomes second nature.
Look back over the past month. What was the one topic that resonated most deeply?
- Was it defining your “enough” point?
- Was it the idea of a “hype file”?
- Was it setting up a “Profit First” account?
- Was it the promise of a weekly “CEO Date”?
You don’t need to do it all. You need to take the next right step. What is the one practice that, if you were truly committed to it for the next 90 days, would make the most significant positive impact on your business and your well-being?
That is your focus. That is your work now. Not to learn more, but to live it.

Actionable Nurturing Step: Review the topics from the past 29 days. Which one calls to you the most? Write it down. Now, write down one tiny action you can take this week to begin integrating that practice into your life.

Kim: Picking one step and sticking to it is a great strategy. If you haven’t already, you might want to pick up CJ Hayden’s Get Clients Now. It takes a similarly focused / disciplined approach to building a practice.
Loooove the butterfly metaphor here visually. I am a big fan of butterflies as I have a whole method I’ve created to do shadow work based on the butterfly! So this was a cool synchronicity.
My next best step is to start putting myself out there more in terms of actually stating what I have to offer. I give away info for free ALL THE TIME but rarely invite people to work with me or look into my books! Getting consistent with sharing that more boldly would certainly change the game.
Thanks for all the considerations in this series!
