  1. A and P are two of the most important points on this list.  A because if you cannot properly articulate what it is you do and what separates you from the competition, then how do you expect to get clients/customers to come to you?  And more importantly, how do you expect them to keep coming back once you’ve convinced them to use your product or service? That is where P comes in.  The plan shouldn’t be a one-time thing.  You should update it often to cater to the customer’s needs.
The only other thing I would add is R for research.  Keeping up-to-date on consumers and what is going on in your field is important.  When you are armed with what seems like clairvoyant knowledge about your client and your industry, it makes people trust you and your brand.

  2. Love your run-down of important points through the alphabet. So clever. I guess the last — zeal — is the most important.

  3. GREAT list, Kimberly! I love lists and I think most people do. It’s a fun idea to categorize this one into the ABC’s.

  4. Amy,

Thank you! I was actually planning my blogs for Nov and was thinking the same thing as I have a few more ABCs topics I started in my future blog notebook. Great minds think alike. 🙂
